What about COVID?
I am fully vaccinated and boosted against COVID-19, and I will wear a KN95 or N95 mask when coming to work in clients' homes.
I prefer that clients are vaccinated and wear masks as well, but cannot require this obviously. If you are feeling sick or have recently had a potential COVID exposure, please let me know and we will work to reschedule your appointment.
How far out do you book?
My calendar is generally up to date in real time. The next 3-4 months are usually a good bet for getting the exact availability that you see offered.
In the event that life happens and a conflict arises on either the client's side or mine, I will do everything I can to reschedule as quickly as possible.
What payment methods do you accept?
I can accept cash, check, PayPal, Venmo (@CozyHouseMKE), or credit/debit card.
Credit/debit card payments can be made via my website. Other payments can be made on-site. I do not expect payment until services have been provided.
Is your house like super duper clean?
Nope! I live with four cats and another human being. Dirt is going to happen! Just like anybody else, I'm a human being who generates trash and clutter. I do have a relatively tidy house, partially out of necessity (cats... you know), partially because I like it that way! It does take work and dedication to keep after things, but these are learned skills that anyone can develop.
